About Qosina Cares
In today’s socially conscious environment, it is crucial for Qosina to prioritize and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) within every aspect and level of our organization. We are committed to ensuring sustainability and ethicality within the production, distribution and sale of our products. Further, we promote a workplace atmosphere that reflects the diversity of our evolving world while also aiming to reduce our carbon footprint.
Beginning with our first ISO certifications to our present-day operations, we consistently evaluate our processes and procedures in order to implement positive changes within our organization and global supply chain. In prioritizing corporate responsibility, we recognize our duty to ensure our trading partners understand the importance of our commitment to CSR; therefore, we consistently develop transparency around our suppliers’ sustainability performance.
Qosina has been awarded a silver medal for Corporate Social Responsibility from EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. At Qosina, sustainability and business ethics are core values that we seek to consistently improve upon. Over the next year and beyond, our goal is to highlight and achieve more actionable benchmarks dedicated to CSR.

Learn How Qosina Is Prioritizing CSR
Environment
Qosina is fully committed to enhancing our already-robust environmental policies to aid in the preservation of our planet. Currently, we implement strict recycling procedures for paper, aluminum cans and shrink wrap. Further, we also utilize poly-air fill machines for outgoing shipments, use power-saving technologies like LED motion-sensor lighting, and utilize sustainable office products where available.
Labor and Human Rights
From our ED&I (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) Committee to our annual corporate compliance training, topics covered include anti-harassment and non-discrimination, human trafficking awareness, forced/child labor awareness and whistleblower training. We are also proud of our ongoing employee engagement programs, educational opportunities and supply chain compliance requirements.
Ethics
Qosina enforces ethical business practices internally within the workplace and externally with global suppliers. We offer employee training in ethical business practices to uphold our policies and our commitment to fostering a corporation driven by ethics.
Sustainable Procurement
Our product development team is constantly researching new sustainable materials to incorporate into our already-diverse portfolio of stock components. Additionally, we ensure our products are sourced from suppliers that hold the same CSR values that we do. Specifically, suppliers with SA8000, ISO or other certifications are given prioritization in our supply chain.
